Move in to your brand new Home Sooner! Most homes, in most council areas, can be built with GW Custom Homes. Your home has to comply with CDC requirements. GW Custom Homes will work with our Accredited Building Certifier to assess whether your home meets these requirements and can pre-approve CDC at the time of your tender.
